How Do I Pay?

Once you apply below, and we approve you, we’ll send you payment information. Payments can be made through Venmo or a Check. Not everyone who applies will be invited to participate, as we want to make sure there is a balanced number of each type of vendor.

What to Bring (Important)

  • Business cards
  • Exhibitors should provide a giveaway on your table
  • Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a “Show Special” with a discount or gift only applicable for Saturday if they book with you

Setup Instructions

Thursday, June 8th from 4-10pm & Friday | 10-5pm Exhibitor Setup

Upon arrival, come to The Station at 100 S. Mulberry St. and drive down the alley on the left side. Unload your items on the loading dock, pull forward to park in the gravel lot, and come back to set up your space. We will direct you!

You will have a table space of approximately 4ft.x3ft. We will provide the table and a black tablecloth that will be set up before you arrive. There will not be electricity for your table unless otherwise requested directly to Ande at

Soliciting for Non Exhibitors

If you are not a paid exhibitor or sponsor, you may not walk around on Saturday and explicitly solicit. You may be asked to leave if it becomes a problem.

Marketing Info

Please find the event on Mulberry Mill’s Facebook Page under Events and share the event from that page.

We will also have printed posters and postcards. If you want any of these, send an email to and I will provide them for you.


Free vendor parking will be down the alley in the lot (we’ll have signs) or you can park perpendicular to the building on Railroad St.

Insurance and Damage

By signing up for this event, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage to your products or lack of expected sales for any reason.

Refunds & Weather

This will be an all-weather event unless there is an emergency. If you request a refund by emailing 14 days or more before your event, we will provide a refund.

Only 40 available exhibit spaces are available and only a few businesses per industry will be allowed, so apply now!

We want as many vendors as possible to showcase their talents during the pregame party and showcase, and what you can provide for the event may be a deciding factor on your application. For example, we want DJs set up, photographers taking photos, florists bringing examples, caterers providing samples, etc. Be creative and steal the show!
